Hello, Tiger Shark families! Below is the information for tomorrow’s AWAY meet vs. Cibolo Canyons! The address to their pool is 3650 TPC Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78261.

Check-in time for all Tiger Sharks swimmers is no later than 7:15am and we will be warming up from 7:30-8:00am! Please make every effort to be there on time! Once they arrive, they need to check in with the Michelle Russell.

The Volunteer Duties attachment is a list of all of Saturday’s parent volunteer jobs. Please note that the schedule populated to a Home Meet Schedule of jobs so I have removed the one’s that don’t apply. This did remove a lot of jobs for people and we are still in need of many jobs to be filled. We do not have ANY Stroke & Turn Judges to provide for the meet so we really need to step up and bring more lane timers. If you are volunteering, please check in with Erin Bell.

Regarding parking…
Approved parking passes are available for Coaches, Team Reps, Stroke & Turn Judges, and those with handicapped parking needs. Please let me know if you need handicap parking no later than 4:00pm today.
Their parking lot is small and located off a busy road, so there is no onsite team parking. All parents, spectators, and volunteers will need to park at Cibolo Green Elementary School (24315 Bulverde Green, San Antonio, TX 78261 - 0.7 miles from the pool). A shuttle will run between the school and the pool for drop-offs and pick-ups starting at 6:30 AM. Parents can drop off their children at the pool before parking at the school. Anyone without a parking pass provided by us may be towed by the HOA.

Finally, it is important that our swimmers stay together near the Ready Bench area under the orange canopies! This meet will move very quickly and our Ready Bench volunteers cannot be running all over the pool looking for swimmers before events. It is the responsibility of the swimmer and their family to make sure they are at the Ready Bench spot prior to their events. If your swimmer cannot be found and they miss their event, there is nothing we can do! Please note, Ready Bench volunteers will be calling 8-10 events ahead, so stay alert!
